  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (except for final-sale or custom items).

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., flowers), personalized products, or sale items cannot be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

7. Refund Policy for Services – Twinkles

At Twinkles, we are committed to providing exceptional service. By booking with Twinkles, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:

Partial Refunds

  • Services are eligible for a 50% refund if cancellation is requested at least two (2) weeks before the scheduled service date.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Cancellations made less than two weeks before the service date are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or failure to use the service without prior notice will not be refunded.

Rescheduling

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost if requested at least two weeks in advance, subject to availability.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (logos, images, text, etc.) is the property of Twinkles and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Use or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
