Refund Policy for Services – Twinkles

At Twinkles, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. Please review our service refund policy below:

  1. Partial Refunds
    Services are eligible for a 50% refund only if cancellation is requested at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled service date.

  2. Non-Refundable Cases

    • Cancellations made less than two weeks before the service date are non-refundable.

    • No-shows or failure to use the service without prior notice will result in no refund.

  3. Rescheduling
    One-time rescheduling is available at no additional cost if requested at least two weeks in advance, subject to availability.

  4. Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.
